Mid Day Meditation

We are so excited at Blue Lotus to announce that we are bringing to our community Libby Rapin as our new meditation instructor! We will start by having a lunchtime meditation every Thursday!

11:50am – begin arriving
12:10pm – short instruction/tips
12:20-12:40 – 20 min meditation
12:40-12:50 – discussion, experiences and more tips!

Beginners are welcome! No experience is necessary whatsoever!
Noble silence to be observed. Donation of $5 please but we do not turn anyone away. If there are financial issues – please address this prior to event. BLHC, on occasion will have a healing lunch available afterwards for a small donation of $5. This will not be every week. We will announce the menu for the day!

Libby is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Coach through the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, CA. Thanks to her evolving health journey over the past few years, and frustrations with common medicine, Libby began exploring various forms of alternative medicine treatments that treated both the mind AND body, which ultimately led her to meditation. She has experienced major healing by taking this approach to improving her health. She is now on a mission to help individuals experience more joy, love and compassion in their lives by creating awareness about the negative toll stress has on the body both physically and emotionally.
